Since 2007, EA has been privileged to produce numerous events for a global financial services company in Chicago, Denver and Los Angeles. As a result, we have developed a deep understanding of their culture and brand.
Most recently, EA was selected to conceptualize and produce all elements of the company's 2012 National Conference, their largest and most significant series of events. Taking place every two years, the Conference recognizes outstanding performance by both financial advisors and field managers, and seeks to celebrate the company's success while reinforcing corporate objectives. Spanning across four days, the Conference includes three Business Sessions and three special evening events for more than 3,000 guests.
The Business Sessions
Adding a fresh and dynamic perspective to the traditional business session format, EA created an environment that urged attendees to imagine their limitless capabilities. The 2012 theme "Imagine More" was a call to the company and its advisors to reach even further. EA managed the entire production process for each three-hour session including talent/entertainment, staging, speaker support, tech, food and beverage.
The Business Session offered integrated technologies and performance elements that entertained and engaged attendees throughout the entire experience. Keynote speakers Mary Matalin and James Carville, Michael Lewis, and Bob Gates offered relevant and compelling content.
The Welcome Reception
As the initial event of the 2012 National Conference, the Welcome Event is the first impression attendees receive. EA delivered an unforgettable event on Denver's historic, downtown Larimer Square. Themed "Pure Denver," the outdoor street festival featured more than 10 musical acts, three separate stages and local food trucks. Several interactive pieces of entertainment included dancing sculptures, a giant aerosphere, and sway pole performers.
The Theme Party
Themed "Bal Masque," this untraditional masked ball mixed glam rock with retro and futuristic elements to make the evening come alive. Larger-than-life performances included a live DJ suspended from the ceiling in a crystal chandelier, masked dance groups, a wind-up ballerina, stilt walkers, and an elevated birdcage with aerialists. Entering through a hedge maze, guests could fashion their own masks at custom styling stations, enjoy delectable bites and drinks at various stations throughout the space, or dance on the dynamic LED dance floor.
The Closing Night
EA created a farewell event 2012 National Conference that fostered fun, celebrated success and closed the Conference on a high note. "Red Hot, Red Rock" began with a ceremonial smoke cleansing as guests took in Colorado's most breathtaking views. As the night unfolded, chart-topping American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson hit the main stage for an unforgettable, exclusive performance at Denver's renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater.
